Ikwuagu said that the book was an archival delight and a treasure trove of nostalgic pictures of remarkable moments of the Nigerian nation.

“I am happy to announce to you today that our media organisation, The Daily Times Nigeria, with over 90 years of operation possesses the richest reservoir of captivating library images of Nigeria’s epochal moments.

“The book is a cultural phenomenon defining a new Nigeria, emblematic of positivity.

“Naija has become the established spirit of the contemporary Nigeria as a power house of talent and opportunities, where creativity is empowering the youth to winning acclaim in the global space.

“We believe that this project provides a powerful platform to showcase pioneering contributions of Nigerians to nation building and development.

“We welcome partners from the organised private sector on this quest of a global perception management project for Nigeria,” Ikwuagu said.

He said that the first edition of the book that would be released on June 1, would be a limited edition with only 63 units produced to align with Nigeria’s years of nationhood.

God is angry, says Pastor Muoka, calls for World Day of Repentance

General Overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministry, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, has disclosed that God is angry with the world, hence he called for the adoption of World Day of Repentance.

He said “Murderers, corrupt leaders, Kidnappers, homosexuals, lesbians, murderers, God is angry and will destroy humanity again.”

Pastor Muoka made the disclosures at a two-day Lord’s Chosen Crusade which was held on Saturday and Sunday, February 4 and 5, 2023, at the international headquarters of the Church in Lagos State.

While preaching on the topic of the programme ‘From Sorrow to Joy’ Muoka said the world has condoned evil for long and God is ready to judge this generation if they refused to repent. He said many countries of the world have legalized abortion and condoned criminality. “A world where people freely kill, indulge in corruption, kidnapping, abortion without regrets, God is ready to judge this generation if you refuse to repent.”

Pator Muoka maintained that it does not matter the position you occupy or where you come from, God will not spare the wicked “Whoever you are that commits evil, are you a pastor, Imam, Bishop, priest, world leader, if you indulge in evil, the lord says the wicked shall never go unpunished; whether you are in Nigeria, Africa, Asia, the Americas, Europe, Australia, you will never escape God’s judgement.

“Wherever you are, legalizing, committing and enjoying evil, amend your ways because tomorrow may be too late.” He assured the congregants that heaven is real and hell is real.

Pastor Muoka also called for world day of repentance when he said “I want to speak to world leaders. I call on world leaders to adopt a day of repentance. “The world must repent from corruption, banditry, terrorism, abortion, kidnapping, drug abuse, killings, all forms of evil, repent and God will show you mercy.”

The man of God listed some of those things which constitute sin, “Unforgiveness is sin, selfishness, bitterness, anger, abortion, masturbation, lesbianism, homosexuality, quarrelling, insincerity, smoking, drug addiction, selling of alcohol, those that contain 1%, 2% stop them, and if you are working where they are manufacturing them, resign and God will give you a better job.”

He condemned the practice of fixing extra nails, hair, weavon, attachment, and even saloons where these items are produced should they should close them down. “You have saloon where people paint their faces, fix extra finger, extra toes and extra hair, repent and close them down, you do not have a job; God will give you a better job to do.”

Speaking about people who leave their marriages and remarry, he said “If you are married to a divorcee, you are committing fornication, you don’t have wife, you don’t have husband; those involved should go back to their previous marriage because marriage is till death separates you”

He condemned the act of ladies wearing clothes that expose their sensitive parts, arm pits, laps, he urged them to repent.

Muoka said “The bible is the standard, cover your body properly. Young men that put jerry-coil, attachment or do scattered hair or wear clothes that are meant for women, or women putting things meant for men, it is abomination before God.”

Muoka encouraged the worshipers to remain steadfast in their trust in God in order to make heaven. “I know the reason so many of you are in the church is because you want to make heaven, so repent and come to God.” He said a sinner is not a Christian and a Christian is not a sinner.

Pastor Muoka in his ministration told the congregants that their sorrow has come to an end. “All the problems that are causing sorrow in your lives have been rolled away.”

Quoting John 16; 20, ‘verily, verily, I say unto you, that ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.’

Muoka said “If you have been sorrowful, this programme is for you. The enemy has no alternative. The day the enemy made a mistake is the day they allowed you to step into the Lords Chosen Church. Rev 21: 14. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away,” he said.

He added “It is not the will of God for anyone to remain in sorrow, he loves all of us, and it is of the lords’ mercy that we are not consumed, it is the mercy of God that kept us alive.”

The Lords Chosen is a church where the believers are confident that there would always be great visitation and their sorrow shall be turned to joy, God of The Chosen is the God of signs and wonders, and in The Chosen impossibilities are made possible, through the God of the chosen.

Many who received miracles, deliverances, healings; all came out to testify of the wondrous work of God of the Chosen. A brother from Nsuka Branch in Enugu State who was paralysed because of stroke dropped his wheelchair and walked; Sister Ruth from Benue (first timer) had her 30 years heart trouble, body scratching and itching rolled away, she testified that when Pastor Muoka mounted the podium and began to minister she felt a thing like smoke in her brain and suddenly something left her and she was healed. This was after visiting several hospitals.

Akiwale Oluwaseun (first timer) while at the crusade received call from a woman that has refused to pick her call for two years, and he was asked to come and resume his job.

Brother Chukwuamaka redeemed N10,000 at the Mgbidi 2023 Lagos Experience in January and within a month he was blessed with over N1million. Brother Joel Okechukwu, Enugu Branch made restitution for pilfering with money meant for building project in the church. He confessed that afflictions, sicknesses and diseases have devastated him and his business collapsed, and more pathetic is that he now has difficulty in breathing, dreams of death, heart problem and can no longer see; he cried and called himself a prodigal son and asked for forgiveness. The pastor in his usual manner instantly forgave him. Heads of the church and those in charge of money were thereafter warned against stealing of church money as such action comes with dire consequences.

New kidney, new liver, new heart were planted while deaf and dumb heard and saw at the crusade. 34 years deaf and dumb talked, 23 years Leg pain instantly rolled away. 21 years deaf and dumb dispersed, 10 years moving object gone, 8 months lever problem with protruded stomach rolled away.

2023 prophecies: How Primate Ayodele foretold deadly earthquake in Turkey, Syria

The death toll from a strong earthquake in south-eastern Turkey, near the Syrian border, has exceeded 2,300 people across both countries.

Turkey's disaster agency said more than 1,500 people died there, while it is estimated that 810 people died in Syria.

Those numbers are still expected to rise as rescuers comb through mountains of rubble in freezing, snowy weather.

Sadly, experts have described this as the worst natural disaster that has happened in the world in the last 84 years.

This deadly earthquake however, has fulfilled the prophecy of Nigerian prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele who warned the world in his 2023 prophecies which were released on Friday, 23rd of December, 2023.

The prophet in his 78-page 2023 prophecies for the world revealed that there will be deadly natural disasters that will claim the lives of many people in the world. He mentioned disasters like volcano, earth tremor, landslide, minor accidents, earthquake and others.

These were his words

‘’Let’s pray against nuclear attack and flooding in so many parts of the world. There will be a lot of climatic problems that will affect people’s lives. It will cause volcano, earth tremors, landslide, minor accidents, earthquakes and flood that will kill people severally. Let’s pray against shortages in goods and essential services. I foresee so many things will turn upside down in the world as there will be a lot of setbacks.’’

Unfortunately, this prophecy has been fulfilled in Turkey and Syria.

This has added to the many fulfilled 2023 prophecies of Primate Ayodele even though we are barely two months into the new year.
