Why Buhari should step down for Saraki - Primate Ayodele

Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele of Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos is a Prophet known for hearing from God and whose prophecies find fulfillment in the life of people. Speaking at the dedication ceremony of the newly constructed Temilaseyori Mini-Cathedral branch of the Church and Award Presentation in Badagry recently, Ayodele stated that Buhari’s Administration is no longer in the hand of God. Success Damian reports.

Servant of the most High God, Primate Elijah Ayodele recently called on the Nigeria’s Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki to contest the 2019 Presidential Election in order to bring the nation to the part of progress.

He said that God has warned Buhari to step down “because he cannot rule Nigeria any longer,” and that the evil reign of herdsmen across Nigeria, as well as Boko Haram, is a decease he cannot control.

Reminded that the Senate President has pending corruption allegations against him, he told newsmen: “If Saraki refuses to rule, God will be angry with him. If I say that Saraki should contest, it is the word of God, let him keep to it. I don’t know anything beyond that.

“No matter what names they might be calling Saraki, I’m not a politician; I don’t know anything about that. Saraki can move Nigeria forward in 2019. Buhari should step down. He should not contest for 2019. It is the word of God.”

Stating that it is Saraki’s own headache” if he is not interested in contesting, he recalled the fulfillment of his prophecies, including George Weah (President of Liberia), who he told to re-strategise and he eventually won.

“We are saying it in our own country now that Buhari’s government is not in the hands of God any longer. His government cannot meet the needs of the people; so he should step down and not contest so that he would not be disgraced like (former President Goodluck) Jonathan. In 2013 we told Jonathan that he would not win, and we repeated it in 2014, but he refused.”

He further recalled sending delegates to the Sierra Leon All People's Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Samura Kamara, ahead of the elections, and even before the run-off, to meet with two other parties, including NGC (National Grand Coalition), or lose the election to SLPP (Sierra Leone People’s Party), but he refused.

“Buhari Government is not in the hand of God any longer; his government cannot meet up the needs of the people, so he should step down so that he will not be disgraced. Saraki will do it better.”
Similarly, he declared to the congregation that by divine ordination, Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe of Genesis Model Parish, Celestial Church of Christ (CCC), Alakuko, will be the next pastor and leader of the church worldwide.

On what informed his intention to build a 50,000 seat cathedral, he said it is meant to change people’s perception of white garment church.

He stated further, “White garment church is not a fetish or spiritualist church as people are saying; it is a prayer church. In white garment church there is interpretation to every spiritual language. So people should stop criticizing white garment church, only God knows who is good.”

On the problem of herdsmen in the country he said it is a sickness which Buhari government cannot control.

Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe who described Primate Ayodele as a man with a lion’s heart said those who are not dirty minded would always hear the voice of God and when they speak people would listen.

He called on the public to change their negative perception towards white garment church, adding that some people hide under the cloak of white garment to perpetrate evil.

On his part, His Royal Majesty, Oba Oyekan Adekanmi Femiloye the Alapa of Egun Awori, Apa Kingdom, described Primate Ayodele as a humble and philanthropic man, he said God would continue to bless him to remain focused in carrying the work of God.

He advised Nigerians to be very patient and always listen to the word of God.

Engr. (Dr.) Gabriel Bamisaye Adewunmi, the Baba Ijo of Inri worldwide (Most Senior Elder of the church) appealed to Nigerians to portray positive character while equally advising other pastors to emulate the character of Primate Elijah Ayodele.

Highlights of the day include presentation of Awards to deserving individuals, empowerment of a church member with a brand new motorcycle, drama presentation, and Musical Break by Lady Evang. Bunmi Adeoye Akinnaanu (aka) Omije Ojumi, among others.

Success Damian:

Music Africa Awake, the number one music promotion outfit in Africa has said the forthcoming first ever Nigeria Festival will promote a crime, drug-free Nigeria.

Speaking to journalists in Lagos recently, the Founder of Music Africa Awake, Mr. Emeka Ojukwu said the festival will be a gathering of reggae artists from all over the globe, stressing that the occasion will be used to explain to the youths the dangers posed by crime and drug addiction.

“The reggae festival we are putting together, we want to use it to explain to Nigerian youths to say no to crime and substance abuse and that they should embrace music and arts,” Ojukwu said.

Ojukwu stated that the group is partnering with PMAN, CUSON, Nigerian Art and Culture, among others

The reggae festival which includes a seminar will also have some notable Nigerian and foreign artists as speaker and they include Wildlife, Singing Venom, Siano Thunder, Ben Priest, Lioness Fonts and Pacino.

Others include Raski Mono, Orits Wiliki, Majek Fashek, Black Mojah, Pepsin and Fruity Star, Jah Queen, Heyo, Fasschild, DJ Kelly B and DJ Klasiq.

The three days programme slated to hold between September 29 and October 1 will be held at Alex Ekumeme Square, while the seminar for the festival is expected to hold at Nnamdi Azikikwe Auditorium Hall all in Awka in Anambra State.

According to Ojukwu,Music Africa Awake is an outfit that promotes events and also organizes its own events especially for the upcoming artists and it promotes African music generally.

“Through the reggae festival we want the Nigerian youths to say no to crime and to embrace music, arts and to tell Nigerian youths to shun substance abuse, and also we will educate the youth that are into music industry on what is involved and to let them know that music is business. They should know how to get their royalty, whether their music is being played online, and what they stand to gain.

“It is to also create a right platform for youths that are into reggae to promote their work, project their music with the right format, projecting their work all over the world because we have partners that are coming from Europe, Germany, America and they are going to work with us in promoting those upcoming artists,” Ojukwu said.

He said the festival is also meant to recreate the old days when reggae music flourished in Nigeria “Music Africa Awake look into Africa and found out that Nigeria is a place where reggae flourished in the early 80s and 90s, but now it is not doing well as that time, now we decided to host the First Nigeria Music Festival. In Africa nothing like this had ever happened.

On the choice of Anambra State, he disclosed “Anambra has produced a lot of reggae musicians and also we are going to use it as a peace contact, to bring people together, preaching peace to the people of Nigeria.”

There are some juju and fuji music equipment which the reggae musicians are interested in. And how can we do this? We can only do this by bringing them together and exchange music and it becomes a cultural exchange.

On what the Nigerian youths stand to benefit from the festival he said, “Music is business, and from the day you enter the studio, paid your money to record a song, in return you need a reward from what you invested, but a lot of upcoming artist don’t see it that way; they see it as lets go and record something, for people to hear and tell them whether it is good or it is not good.

“But we want to tell them that before you go to the studio, get it right. When you get it right and your music starts playing on air, you start making money, that makes it business and for you to go to studio, you have chosen music as a career, so they need to get serious.

Rev. Chigbu calls for sacrifice from politicians

Success Damian:

Reverend Father Daniel Chigbu of St. Kizito’s Catholic Parish in Ifelodun Local Council Development Area of Lagos has called on politicians to exhibit spirit of sacrifice and selfless service to the nation.

Chigbu was spoke during a vigil mass in expectation of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and administration of sacrament of baptism in the church.

He said the Easter celebration should be a period of sober reflection and quality service to the people.

He said a situation where a national lawmaker earns more than the American President is condemnable.

“In this country a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is earning N13 million a month, where is the sacrifice in a nation ravaged by abject poverty?

“A governor of a state where workers are owed 18 months’ salary went abroad to watch the Friendly between Nigeria and Serbia, Where is the sacrifice? It is utterly condemnable,” Chigbu said.
He said the politicians should emulate the sacrificial and peaceful nature of Jesus Christ who die for world.

He admonished those receiving the sacrament of baptism to work for God.

Our leaders must repent and born again - Pastor Muoka

Success Damain:

The General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, Pastor Lazarus Muoka has advised the nation’s leaders to be born-again as the only panacea for peace and blessings upon Nigeria.

“The leaders should return to God, the absence of God in the nation, the real true God, is the cause of the problem we are having, but if all the leaders in Nigeria could repent and be born again, and give their lives to Jesus Christ, I believe that the problem will be solved because Jesus came to the world with peace and blessings of all kinds.”

Muoka stated this during the Ministry’s Easter Crusade titled ‘God’s Covenant for Peace and Blessings’ on Sunday at the Headquarters of the church in Lagos.

He said no matter the crisis in the country, God has decided to shower the nation with peace and blessings. “This time around we will stand by the peace which Christ brought to us, it is irrevocable no matter what the devil and its co-agents are planning.”

He said “The programme is to mark the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Saviour; His death and resurrection is to ensure our reconciliation with God, and so the blessing that is connected to it is called the covenant of peace and blessings.”

On hate speeches going on in the country he said “One thing that is very certain is that the problem of the nation is not the problem of this nation, it is the problem of the whole world, because this is the end time, Christ is coming at any moment, and if that be the case, what we should do is to mostly pray, call on God for solution because any comment we make that appears that we are blaming ourselves will end up fueling more problems.”

On the upcoming election Muoka advised all Nigerians to endeavor to vote and also pray so as to have a peaceful election.

He thanked the Imo State Government for allocating 600 hectares of land for the construction of the Chosen Crown University “I thank God specially for the government of Imo State that saw the need for proper education for Nigerians, and for the love of the ministry they have given us 600 hectares of land, and we appreciate it so much, and that means we should go ahead and build a university. They also encouraged us by also giving us N10 million. We give God the glory for such gift”

On the importance of the university he said “If you look at it the number of people who did not go to school is more than those who go to school, every year students sit for JAMB, but not all of them are absolved. So we need universities, as Imo State Government remarked that they need up to 20 universities like that.”

On the commencement of evangelization of Northern Nigeria which he promised early this year he said, “It is on course and we are going to the North beginning from this month.”
