Igbos are their own problem, says Primate Ayodele as he unveils 2023 Edition of ‘Warnings to The Nations’

Cyriacus Nnaji:

Servant of the Most High God, Founder and Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has disclosed that the Igbos are their own problems.

Primate Ayodele made the disclosure at a press conference to unveil the 2023 Edition of his iconic book ‘Warnings To The Nations’ at the International Headquarters of the church in Ejigbo, Lagos State on Saturday, July 1, 2023.

Speaking on the place of the Igbos in the Nigerian political calculation, he said “Igbos have no problem, Igbos are their own problem; they don’t have problem but they are the ones who created problems for themselves. So the place of the Igbos in Nigeria, since the Presidency has eluded them this 2023, only God will give Igbos the Presidency, I don’t see their presidency coming to reality, because Igbos are their own problem, unless they solve their problems by themselves, that is all. This government has nothing against Ndigbo.”

Ayodele also declared that the Presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi and his People’s Democratic Party counterpart, Atiku Abubakar, are not serious, adding that Emilokan is spitritual. He averred that Tinubu was spiritually, physically and legally ready for the election, saying he was desperate to do anything to actualize his mandate.

He said “I said it that Tinubu is ready technically, spiritually, economically and otherwise, psychologically, when somebody says emilokan, he may be thinking he is just saying that, but we know that this is spiritual, we know that Tinubu’s victory is not just politics, it is more spiritual, and he confirmed it by himself. And he keeps saying it, that mantra has a lot of power, and positive energy. So Atiku is not ready, Obi is not ready, they are going like Aje butter and they are waiting for court to say, come and take this thing.

“You think that Tinubu would just sit down and fold his hand, they will just put these judges and lawyers inside one calabash, and throw them inside water, somebody that says no matter what it takes, that he will do anything; you know that he is desperate spiritually, he is desperate. Who will take him out of the way? It is only God. So Atiku and Obi, they have wasted their time, they are not serious, they are not ready to take a position, number one position, you have to be ready with everything you know, it is not just by mouth, they are just noise makers.  They will go on internet, internet will give you victory, this place na America? Or London? Even in America and London, they still go spiritual, that is why they are meeting the Pope. Tinubu’s victory is totally spiritual,” Ayodele stated.

Speaking on the upcoming off-season elections in Kogi, Bayelsa, and Imo State, Primate Ayodele said “In Kogi, if PDP is not serious, APC is very serious, they are ready to do anything, in a crooked way, legal and illegal, financially, economically, technically, rigging in any sort, in order to hijack the state at all means. What I will advise is, let there be a coalition. If there is no coalition in Kogi State, honestly what you don’t want is what you will see. Then Bayelsa, the governor should put more efforts in Bayelsa for him to win. The opposition party, they are also going to do their best, so they must move bumper to bumper and see that they don’t allow the opposition to hijack that state. They are ready to hijack the state, free and fair election, APC will not win. Not even Labour.

“In Imo State, if there is free and fair election, APC will lose, Labour will win. But if Labour are not serious, sincerely there is nothing they will do, because the present governor is ready to sacrifice anything for that state in order to retain the seat. You will see that the present governor will go an extra mile to win again. Except Labour put their acts in order, win at once, if you want to wait to go and get it from the court, you won’t get it from the court, not that the court is not good,” he said.

On whether Tinubu will finish his tenure, he said, “This question should be answered by the election tribunal, this administration is too desperate, they are ready for anything to retain power, spiritually, monetarily, legally, anything, to retain it, they will do it.”

He argued that he has nothing against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, “I always say what God reveals to me, I say it as it is. I am not here to say sorry for what I said, no, let’s wait for the next four years to see what will happen. Tinubu is a good man, the same village with me, a Yoruba Man as I am, the same local government with me, but this is what the Lord says.”

Speaking on his not being a member of Christian Association of Nigeria, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, and Aladura, he said “CAN, PFN or Aladura, they are there for their own selfish end, they are not there for God or for the less privileged in the society.” He called CAN an empty vessel, that make the greatest noise. CAN, PFN, Aladura, they are there for the government.
